Meet The Founder
Welcome, I’m Mayur Raja, founder of Rhodes & Miller. My background spans more than 20 years in people-focused roles across sectors including aerospace, healthcare staffing, and logistics and distribution.
During that time, I have worked closely with people and teams from a wide range of backgrounds and levels of experience. Through that experience, I have seen first-hand how important strong leadership is to business performance, and the impact poorly supported or underdeveloped management can have on people, standards, and results.
Rhodes & Miller is built on that practical perspective — not corporate theory, and not inflated advice. The focus is grounded support that helps managers lead people more clearly, confidently and consistently.
