The 6-Week Manager Turnaround Programme helps to stop daily firefighting by turning your manager into a steady, authoritative leader through practical, on-site mentoring.
Unlike open-ended consulting that drains budgets with vague hourly rates and blind costs, our fixed price gives you absolute financial certainty, a strict timeline, and zero risk of runaway invoices.
The Programme

Meeting The Owner:
A peer-to-peer conversation to understand the concern from your side, how it
is affecting the team or operation, and what better performance would look like.

Meeting The Manager:
A private discussion to understand how the manager sees the role,
where they are finding it difficult, and what limitations or blind spots may be getting in the way.

Written Plan:
A short written summary of the main issues identified and the practical points the programme will focus on, so there is shared clarity from the start.

Six, Half-day On-site Mentoring:
Usually one visit per week over six weeks. Each visit is up to four hours
on site and is focused on helping the manager improve in the real working environment rather than through
theory alone.

Progress Updates:
Brief updates to the owner during the programme so you have visibility of what is improving, what still needs attention, and whether the original concerns are being addressed.

Final Review Meeting:
A closing discussion to review progress, identify any remaining concerns, and decide whether further support is needed after the agreed programme ends.
Important note:
This is a structured support programme, not full-time or daily attendance and not interim management
cover. The fixed fee covers the work described above. Any additional sessions or work requested outside this scope
will be charged separately once agreed.
